Payments:
Credit card Payments:
- We only accept Visa, American Express and Master Card for payments with a credit card.
- Please note that a 4.9% card fee will be applied automatically to credit card payment.
- For payments with credit card we use the OMS System. Go to our payment link and fill out the Secure Payment Form and submit.
- Once we have received your personal information we will send you an invoice via email through our secure system where you will be able to pay by credit card.

- Payments made by direct deposit are subject to a $50 charge added to your grand total.
Name changes, guest cancellations, refunds:
- Reservations and package components are non-transferable. We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate changes to passenger names prior to departure; however, we reserve the right to pass on to you any third party costs (such as from airlines or suppliers) we incur in so doing.
- You may cancel by telephone or by sending us an email.
- The time of cancellation will be the date upon which we receive notice from you.
- Any change in dates or itinerary will incurre additional charges.
- Reservations should be made at least 15 days prior departure date.
- Cancellations made 90 days or more prior departure date are 80% of the land package price refundable.
- Cancellations made 60-89 days prior departure date are 60%of the land package price refundable.
- Cancellations made 30-59 days prior departure date are 50% of the land package price refundable.
- Cancellations made 0-29 days prior departure date are 30% of the land package price refundable
Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness. These must be claimed through your travel insurance. - No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by you after the vacation start date.
- All appropriate refunds will be made directly to your credit card, via check or through your travel agent (if applicable).
- We will not be responsible for any fees witheld by your local travel agent (if applicable)
Prices:
- All our prices shown in this web site are per person and based on double occupancy
- Prices for people traveling alone are also shown in this web site.
- All our prices are expressed in American dollars
- Baby ages 0-3 do not pay as long as they share a room with adults and use existing bedding . Cost for additional bedding, cribs and rollaways are available upon request.
- Children ages 4 - 11: Costs are based on sharing a room with adults.
- Prices will be confirmed or advised at the time you book.
- Once we receive your deposit, your land package price is guaranteed and any subsequent price increases will be at our expense.
- Prices DO Include: Accommodations, transfers, tours, meals, internal flight tickets, government taxes and any other inclusions as specified in writing in the travel package.
- Prices DO NOT Include: Any costs incurred en route to and from the destination, meals (unless specified), alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, items of a personal nature, and personal services not specified as being included in the travel package.
Quotations:
- All quotations are subject to availability of services offered and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposit received.
Airlines:
- We are acting as your agent only and have no liability or responsibility for the performance of services by the airlines including, but not limited to, accident, death, personal injury, property damage or flight delay.
- Flight bookings are totally non refundable or transferable
Accommodations:
- Accommodation is as specified in the accommodation section of our web site.
- All prices shown for accommodations are expressed in American dollars and per person.
- We reserve the right to offer an alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation specified in our web site is overbooked or for any reason beyond our control. No changes will be made after payment.
Check In / Check Out Policy:
- These vary according to operator. Generally your accommodation check in is 2pm and check out 10am.
- Please note that most properties will require a credit card authorization on check-in.
- Important note: All accommodations within Peru will require you to show your passport and let them make a photocopy of it in order to check you in. This is due to governmental and taxes purposes.
Eligibility:
- All people under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
- By sending us a deposit, you represent and certify that you do not have any physical condition or disability that would create a hazard for you, our tour guides or passengers. Please consult your doctor before traveling.
- We reserve the right to deny participation to any passenger at any time and to remove from any vacation, at the passenger's sole expense, any passenger whose condition is such that he or she could create a hazard to himself or herself, our tour guides or other passengers, or otherwise impacts the enjoyment of other passengers.
Travel Docummentation:
- Passport required. Visa not required for tourist stay of up to 90 days, extendible after arrival. Tourists need onward /return ticket. - Those without proper documentation may be denied travel.
Travel Insurance:
- We highly recommend you have Travel Insurance. It is essential that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your holiday including airfare(s). Please visit www.travelinsuranceonline.com.

- ASSIST-CARD: Immediate help in any emergency as unexpected as it may be.
We rely upon our vast experience of over 35 years rendering assistance to travelers, helping them to solve difficulties and providing immediate response even in the most complex situations.

- Medical expenses in case of an accident up to US $3,000.00
- Medical expenses in case of illness up to US $3,000.00
- Free provision of medicines up to US $200.00
- Odontology in case of urgency up to US $100.00

- Free legal assistance in case of an accident up to US $1,000.00 for lawyer's fees.

Itinerary changes and cancellation by us:
- We will make every reasonable effort to operate the vacations as advertised; however, we reserve the right to curtail or modify the itinerary, or to substitute activities, hotels, meals or transportation as we deem necessary.
- Please also note that during certain holidays and peak periods, some activities may be disrupted or unavailable.
- None of these modifications or changes shall affect the land package price.
- We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time for a reason that in our opinion would compromise the quality of the trip or the safety of the passengers or any other circunstances beyond our control. (Acts of God, etc)
Guests needing special assistance:
- Certain itineraries may include activities that present challenges to or are not suitable for passengers with special needs.
- We strongly recommend that guests requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of, and totally responsible for, providing assistance. Neither we nor our suppliers may physically lift or assist guests onto transportation vehicles or otherwise.
- Please contact our reservations agent to discuss your specific needs.
Special requests:
- We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, such as smoking, adjacent or connecting rooms, bed size and dietary needs; however, we cannot guarantee that these requests will be accommodated.
Service providers:
- The services provided in connection with the itineraries, including, without limitation, transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other services are purchased from various independent suppliers who are not affiliated with us in any way ("Suppliers"). Although we endeavor to choose the best Suppliers available, we have no right to control their operations and therefore make these travel arrangements upon the express conditions that we and our own agents, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury, or death to person, damage to property occasioned through the conduct or default of any Supplier, each of which is subject to laws of the Peru government
- As a condition precedent to your participation in the vacation package, we and some of our Suppliers require that you execute and return to us an assumption of the risks and release of liability form.
