Overview:

 

A short trip to Cusco including the main attractions and many extras in 4 days. This package includes the wonders of Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley of the Incas and the Capital of the Inca Empire, "Cusco". All of this with our “immersion” style and all excursions in small groups with a maximum of 8 people.

 

Day By Day Itinerary:

 

Day 1: Arrival to Cusco & Tour of the City

 

· Private transfer Airport – Cusco hotel
· Afternoon private City Tour including: Sacsayhuaman, San Pedro local market, Cusco Cathedral and Temple of the Sun, “Koricancha”
· Overnight in Cusco

 

Day 2: Sacred Valley of the Incas – Aguas Calientes: (B)

 

· Full day private Sacred Valley tour including: Animal Recovery Center visit for observation of condors, pumas, macaws, llamas and alpacas; Pisaq ruins, Pisaq market, local corn beer brewery; Ollantaytambo ruins, Ollantaytambo town.
· Late afternoon train Ollantaytambo – Aguas Calientes
· Overnight in Aguas Calientes

 

Day 3: Machu Picchu Visit and Train to Cusco (B)

 

· Full day Machu Picchu visit and guided tour.
· Wayna Picchu climbing, optional
· Late afternoon train Machu Picchu – Cusco
· Overnight in Cusco

 

Day 4: Transfer out (B)

 

2 hours before your flight, private transfer Hotel – Cusco airport.
