This trip besides Cusco and the Sacred Valley of the Incas, includes the Salkantay 5 days 4 nights Inca Trail. You will have all you need including a professional tour guide, a cook and horses who will carry all the equipment, while hiking on the mountains of La Cordillera de los Andes, arriving the fourth day to the Machu Picchu town (Aguas Calientes) and visiting Machu Picchu ruins the next day. · Full day private Sacred Valley Tour including: Animal Recovery Center for observation of condors, pumas, macaws, llamas and alpacas; Pisaq ruins, Pisaq market, local corn beer brewery; Ollantaytambo ruins, Ollantaytambo town.

· Early morning 3 hour private van transfer from hotel to Mollepata (trekking start point)
· First day easy introduction of the Salkantay Trail from Mollepata to Soraypampa.
· Approximate walking distance / time 6 miles / 5 hours.
· Overnight at Soraypampa campsite. 4000m/12750ft
· Second day of Salkantay Trail from Soraypampa to Challway.
· Today you will walk through the highest pass of the Salkantay trail at 4,800 metres/ 15,744 feet. with possibility of snow here. After the pass is all down.
· Approximate walking distance / time 9 miles / 9 hours
· Overnight at Colcapampa, Challway or Andenes campsite at 3000m/9800ft. (campsite depends on your pace)
· Third day of Salkantay Trail from Colcapampa to Playa.
· After breakfast we will continue all downhill to the cloud forest and high jungle.
· Approximate walking distance / time 9 miles / 7 hours
· Overnight at La Playa Campsite. 2500m. / 8200 ft.
· In the Afternoon thermal hot springs baths.
· Fourth day of Salkantay Trail from La Playa to Aguas Calientes.
· Early morning 3 hour climbing to Llactapata ruins, for a first great view of Machu Picchu.
· After resting tiome at the viewpoint, we will descent for 2 more hours to the Machu Picchu Hydroelectric System where we will have lunch.
· 20 minute Train from Hydroelectric to Aguas Calientes.
· Overnight at B&B hotel in Aguas Calientes
· Full day Machu Picchu visit and guided tour.

· Late afternoon train Machu Picchu – Cusco
