Day By Day Itinerary:

 

Day 1: Arrival to Lima

 

· Upon arrival in Lima you'll meet your tour guide and private transfer from the Airport to the Miraflores Park Hotel.

· Overnight in Miraflores/Lima

 

Day 2: Flight from Lima to Cusco – Sacred Valley (B,L,D)

 

· In the morning 1 hour flight Lima – Cusco ( included)

· Upon arrival in Cusco meet your tour guide and private transfer Airport – Luxury Hotel located in the Sacred Valley at lower elevation than Cusco for altitude acclimatization

· Stops along the way from airport to Sacred Valley at view points and a visit to an Animal Recovery Center for observation of condors, pumas, macaws, llamas and alpacas

· Rest of the day at leisure

· In the evening a welcome dinner

· Overnight in the Sacred Valley

 

Day 3: Sacred Valley of the Incas (B,L,D)

 

· Full day private Sacred Valley tour including: Pisaq ruins, Pisaq market, local corn beer brewery, Ollantaytambo ruins, Ollantaytambo town

 

Day 4: Machu Picchu with Hiram Bingham (B,L,D)

 

· In the morning a 2 hour trip aboard the Luxury Hiram Bingham Train from the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu Inca city

· During the afternoon a private tour to Machu Picchu Inca city (Afternoons in Machu Picchu are less crowded and more peaceful)

· Overnight at Machu Picchu Sanctuary Lodge

 

Day 5: Machu Picchu – Cusco (B,L,D)

 

· Morning free in Machu Picchu

· Wayna Picchu climbing: Optional

· Early afternoon Vista Dome Premium wagon service Machu Picchu to Cusco

· Overnight at Monasterio Hotel, Cusco

 

Day 6: Cusco City Tour (B,L,D)

 

· In the morning, private City Tour including: Sacsayhuaman, San Pedro local market, Cusco Cathedral and Temple of the Sun, “Koricancha”

· Rest of the day at leisure

· Special dinner with opera show

· Overnight at Monasterio Hotel, Cusco

 

Day 7: Flight from Cusco to Lake Titicaca (B,L,D)

 

· In the morning private transfer to the Cusco airport

· Flight from Cusco to Juliaca

· Upon arrival in Juliaca reception and private transfer to Titilaka Lodge located on the Lake Titicaca bay

· Rest of the day at leisure

· Overnight at Titilaka Luxury Lodge

 

Day 8: Uros Floating Islands and Taquile, Full Day Private Excursion: (B,L,D)

 

· Full day private boat tour visiting the Uros Floating Islands where you will experience a ride in a totora reed boat

· This tour also includes a visit to Taquile Island with several options for hiking (optional)

· Lunch at a private Cultural Immersion bay on Lake Titicaca

· Overnight at Titilaka Luxury Lodge

 

Day 9: Flight from Lake Titicaca to Lima – Your Destination

 

· 3 hours before your departure time, private transfer: Hotel to Juliaca Airport (Optional: visit the Sillustani Incan towers on the way to the airport)
